Hosting interns with us is always a huge responsibility - and a privilege. We've been lucky 🍀 to cross paths with extraordinary people, and Guilherme was no exception. 👨⚕️👏
During his fellowship at CUF Santarém, Guilherme fully integrated into the dynamics of our Knee Surgery team. He actively participated in specialist consultations, collaborated in ongoing research projects and was present at several advanced surgeries, including:
🔸Osteotomies of the tibia and femur
🔸Total knee prosthesis with restricted kinematic alignment
🔸ACL reconstructions, including techniques with anterolateral reinforcement
🔸ACL revision with rectus femoris graft
🔸Pediatric ACL
🔸4 PCL reconstructions (1 with ACL and another with ACL + LCL + LCM)
🔸Surgical treatment of rotator tendinopathy
🔸Multiple sutures and meniscal reinsertions
